This special building project took us to Berlin’s beautiful Prenzlauer Berg district. We succeeded in building on one of the last vacant lots left in the neighborhood. The design concept is based on individuality, architecture at the highest level and first-class quality equipment and building construction. Our ambition was to integrate the exceptional views in our planning and create light-flooded rooms combined with a flexible layout concept.
